Affiliate Agreement

By filling out the signup form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions associated with this affiliate program.

Joining Our Affiliate Program

By filling out the signup form, your information will be reviewed by The American Turmeric Company. If approved, you will become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. 

Revocation of Affiliate Status

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  • You provide us with false or inaccurate information at any time.
  • You willfully misrepresent information regarding The American Turmeric Company or our products.
  • We decide to terminate the Affiliate Partner program.
  • You are uncooperative in providing us with information regarding questions or comments which customers or perspective customers have given to you regarding The American Turmeric Company or our products.
  • We determine that the platforms you are using to represent our products are of a nature that is not acceptable to us. This determination is solely at our discretion. 

Affiliate Links

You can use the Affiliate Partner link which was or will be provided to you in order to present our products for sale on the following places:

  • Your own website.
  • Your social media platforms.
  • Emails to your contacts that are “opt-in” contacts. No large emails blast to lists.
